DiReSoM series publishes scholarly works that explore the complex interactions between law and religion in contemporary pluralistic and superdiverse societies, with a particular focus on religious freedom, interculturalism, and secularism. The series consists of four sections: “Monographs”, “Conference Proceedings”, “Teaching Resources”, and “Institutions and Heritage” (the latter resulting from the scientific collaboration between the DiReSoM National Research Group and the University of Campania Luigi Vanvitelli’s research Center “Observatory on Religious Institutions, Ecclesiastical Heritage, and Non-profit Organizations”). In accordance with academic standards, all publications undergo rigorous peer review.
