Law and religion in times of war
Religion represents an important key to understanding the conflict between Russia and Ukraine, which led the former to launch an armed attack against the latter, giving voice to war. As scholars engaged in the study of the legal regulation of the religious phenomenon, we want to create a space to collect documents, comments and other useful materials related to the current crisis, as well as to analyze normative strategies to manage conflicts without violence. After the Second World War, the principle of human dignity requires respect for life. Force of arms must be opposed by dialogue.

Sebbene militarmente inferiore l’Ucraina resiste.
