Constitutional Intolerance: van der Tol’s Book Discussed at EUARE in Rome

On 1 July 2026, LUISS Guido Carli in Rome hosted, as part of the EUARE conference, an AMC panel dedicated to Constitutional Intolerance: The Fashioning of ‘the Other’ in Europe’s Constitutional Repertoires (Cambridge University Press, 2025), the new book by Mariëtta van der Tol (University of Cambridge).

Chaired by Adelaide Madera (University of Messina), the panel brought together Rossella Bottoni (University of Trento), Richard Wood (Institute for Advanced Catholic Studies, University of Southern California), and Luca Ozzano (University of Turin).
