DiReSoM – Law and Religion in Multicultural Societies is pleased to announce a webinar dedicated to a first analysis of the recent judgment issued by the European Court of Human Rights (First Section) on 11 June 2026 in the case Congregation of Jehovah’s Witnesses v. Italy.

The webinar will open with an introduction by Marco Croce, followed by contributions from Pasquale Annicchino and David Durisotto. The floor will then be open to further interventions from participants. Closing remarks will be delivered by Pierluigi Consorti.

The event will take place entirely online, via Microsoft Teams, and is open to scholars, practitioners, and anyone interested in the interaction between law and religion in contemporary Europe.
